Most commercial installations fall between £4,000 and £25,000+, depending on the number of zones, the system type and the difficulty of the pipe and cable runs. We give a fixed price after survey.
Not yet. Regulation 7 of the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 requires a “reasonable” temperature and sets a minimum but no maximum. Campaigners press for a legal maximum of 30°C, and 27°C for strenuous work. The duty to act reasonably applies today regardless.
