About Kelvin Standard

Set to a higher standard

Kelvin Standard is a specialist climate-control brand built around one idea: workplace temperature is becoming a compliance question, and the businesses that treat it that way now will be the ones not scrambling later.

The name

Why “Kelvin Standard”

Kelvin is the absolute temperature scale — the one used when precision matters. Standard is the promise: measured, specified and evidenced rather than estimated.

The identity carries the same idea. The palette runs teal to orange along the colour-temperature scale, so the colour explains the name, and the mark is an instrument dial — measurement, control, precision. It is not decoration; it is the argument the business makes.

How the work is delivered

A specialist front door, an established business behind it

Kelvin Standard is the specialist climate-control brand. Installation works are delivered in association with Renergy Solutions Ltd (Company No. 08309001), which has traded since 2012 and holds the F-Gas registration, insurance and accreditations the work requires.

That matters commercially. It means the credentials, the trading history and the insurance are real and verifiable from day one — which is what a facilities manager, a procurement team or a PQQ actually asks for.

How we work

Four things we hold to

Measure before specifying

Heat gains calculated, conditions recorded, systems sized to the building. Oversized plant costs money forever; undersized plant fails in August.

Put it in writing

Findings, options and costs in a document you can hand to a board. Verbal reassurance is worth nothing when someone asks what you did about it.

One point of responsibility

Survey, design, install and maintain under one roof. No pointing between the installer, the maintainer and the designer when something is wrong.

Say when the answer is cheaper

Sometimes shading, controls or a ventilation change fixes it. We would rather be the firm that told you than the firm that sold you a system you did not need.
