Most commercial installs land between £4,000 and £25,000+, driven by the number of zones, the system type and the difficulty of the pipe and cable runs. A small office of two or three cassettes sits at the lower end; a VRF system across several floors sits well above it. We give a fixed price after survey.
A split is one outdoor unit to one indoor unit. A multi-split runs several indoor units from one outdoor unit on a shared circuit. VRF (variable refrigerant flow) is a larger, modular system that serves many indoor units with independent control and, on heat-recovery versions, moves heat from zones that are cooling to zones that need warming.

Systems containing fluorinated gases carry legal obligations on the operator, including leak checking above certain charge sizes and record keeping. We register the system, set the correct leak-check interval and can hold the records for you under a PPM contract.
